Measure the internal diameter of your ring with a ruler or caliper and check the corresponding measurement by entering the data in the table.

How to choose the size of your bracelet??To choose the right size, just measure the circumference of your wrist with a tape measure or paper tape.?The measurement should be done by simply adhering the tape measure to the wrist (not too tight) seamstress or the strip of paper. Once the length of the circumference has been established, just add a centimeter (1 cm) or a centimeter and a half (1.5 cm) to give a margin of comfort.
